Hi everybody, my name is Indy and I am a black Poodle. I love to visit Carlton Veterinary Surgery when I go for my walks. The nurses are so lovely and give me pats, and if I'm lucky there are also liver treats! Yummy! Sometimes there are kitten for adoptions to look at as well. They are so fascinating.

My last trip to the vet wasn't a social call. It was for my grooming appointment and it was the best day ever! I came in with my mum first thing in the morning, was checked in by a nurse, and then was greeted by Sarah the groomer.

I have never had a groom at the vet clinic before and was very excited. Sarah was so nice to me and made such a fuss. She took me out the back to the grooming room, where I had a nice soft bed waiting for me and a bowl of water. Then I had my bath and groom. The bath was lovely and warm. The shampoo smelled beautiful and I was sprayed with cologne. A big hair dryer helped dry my curly hair.

When I was done, I looked stunning (if I do say so myself). All the nurses and vets were telling me how good I looked. I couldn't wait to show my mum and dad! Thank you for my stunning groom, Sarah.
